2011 WKCTA MIDWEST FUTURES PROGRAM AGES 11-14

Due to the overwhelming number of participants in last years 11-14 Futures program, WKCTA will be offering two 11-14 Futures Tennis programs. These programs will run on Tuesdays & Thursday beginning June 26th thru July 24th, 2012 and are designed to meet your personal skill sets.

Program #1

11-14 Futures Tennis For Beginners

This program is designed for players with little to no tennis experience. The program will run for 8 sessions beginning on July 26th.

(PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM, ON JUNE 26TH AND JUNE 28TH FUTURES TENNIS FOR BEGINNERS WILL BE HELD AT 1:00PM TIL 3:00PM. THERE WILL BE NO SESSIONS ON JULY 3RD AND 5TH. SESSIONS WILL RESUME ON JULY 10TH AT THE NORMAL TIME OF 8AM-10AM)

Instruction will benefit beginners as well as returning players with little experience. Activities will include basic stroke technique, serves, game strategies and fitness/footwork.

Season: Will be held at Central High School Tennis Courts

Tuesdays & Thursdays

June 26th, 2012 - July 24th, 2012.

8:00 AM – 10:00AM (June 26th & 28th sessions will be held from 1pm-3pm due to Summer School Program) (No Tennis on July 3rd and 5th)

Program #2

11-14 Futures Tennis For Advanced Players

This program is designed for players with previous tennis experience. The program will run for 8 sessions beginning on July 26th.

(PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM, ON JUNE 26TH AND JUNE 28TH FUTURES TENNIS FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS WILL BE HELD FROM 3:00PM TIL 5:00PM. THERE WILL BE NO SESSIONS ON JULY 3RD AND 5TH. SESSIONS WILL RESUME ON JULY 10TH AT THE NORMAL TIME OF 10AM-12PM)

Instruction will benefit those players with previous tennis experience. Activities will include advance stroke technique, serves, game strategies, scoring, fitness/footwork and match play.

Season: Will be held at: Central High School Tennis Courts

Registration begins Monday Feb 27th, 2012 and ends on Friday May 25th 2012
